Seattle: roughly 44,000 crimes annually over the past six years. “My restaurant was vandalized four times in a year then my insurance was dropped,” Candidate Sheth said. He put it up for sale… “Nobody’s buying the restaurant, so I had to give it away for a dollar, a half-million (dollar) loss.” Things are not looking up for Seattle, as reported crime for 2025 midway through the year was already at 36,000 criminal incidents. Sheth claimed that Seattle has become a battleground. Everyday people are beset by Left-focused, anti-ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) protests. He, like many of us, has come to a conclusion as to why this is happening. There are several reasons. First: “Politicians are encouraging violence, to be honest,” he said. Congresswoman Jayapal, Sheth said, is at the center of the exodus. “She’s just dividing people, they are encouraging riots and violence in the name of words."
Sheth said that tragic conflicts with I.C.E. agents in recent months could easily have been avoided. Instead, Democrats like Jayapal are frightening people into hasty flight from law enforcement when the law enforcement arrives.
Second, he said that her claims encourage people to shun the law. “I was a cop before; undercover cops are not new things,” he said. “ You see flashing lights behind you, just stop!” One doesn’t have to dig very far to find Congresswoman Jayapal’s hand in forming that opinion. Hers and other Leftist Lights’ claims of fascism and illegal I.C.E. behavior are ginning up criminals and greasing the skids for business flight. Sheth vehemently disagrees with Congresswoman Jayapal’s I.C.E. takes. Current estimates suggest Washington's 7th District is home to roughly 8,400 unauthorized immigrants. Washington State spends $1 billion a year on homelessness, he said. “We need I.C.E.,” he said. In Seattle fentanyl is a serious problem. “Fentanyl is being laced with cocaine. I had four employees who died because of fentanyl in the last four years,” he said. “Oh yes, you can find fentanyl on every corner, in Chinatown, on Jackson.” He further claimed that the drugs are not coming from south of the border. “It’s coming here into Washington from Canada,” he said.
